Domestic Short Hair-black - Medium - Baby - Female - Cat - Franc
Description
Frances, a silky and satiny black kitten, had a very rough start to life. Abandoned as a small kitten, she showed up scared and alone on an old man's doorstep. It took a while, but finally he earned her trust. At only about five months old, Frances became pregnant, but we were unable to catch her. Following a traumatic birth, only one of her babies survived, and Frances and her baby, Oliver, were scooped up and put into foster care right away. Frances' foster mom has worked wonders with her. No longer that terrified and starving waif of a kitten, Frances is finally able to act like the kitten she is. She loves to play and carry her toys around the house, and she has become good friends with her fursiblings, too. Now about 8 months old, Frances' baby is up for adoption, and Frances is looking for a forever and loving family, too. She has been spayed and microchipped, and she has also tested negative for feline leukemia and AIDS. Frances is up to date on her vaccinations as well as being deflead and dewormed. If you would like to meet Frances, please contact Amelia at 813-5102 or atuttle@bellsouth.net. All kittens and cats adopted from Berkeley County PAWS must remain indoor only following adoption and declawing is prohibited.
