Tommy has been living at the Catnip Cottage for nearly three years now. During those three years, he has been and still is one of the healthiest, strongest cats in the Catnip Cottage. Tommy is a sweet, gentle cat who is altered and does not fight with other cats. Because of his compromised immune system, Tommy must live as an indoor only cat. Tommy just LOVES babies and small children. He had numerous battle-scars and flea bites on his arrival. Poor dear had a low-grade infection and had suffered in his life as a stray. She vetted and provided for his care, and then surrendered Tommy to the Catnip Cottage to find his furr-ever home. Tommy is very sweet and lovable, and is especially friendly with gentle young children. He loves to spend as many hours as I will allow him snuggled in my lap or in my arms. He gets along with the other friendly cats in his foster home, but Tommy does not like dogs. He is not afraid of dogs, but he WILL swat them on the nose if they cross his path. He is shy at first, but devoted and very loving to his people once he is comfortable with you. Tommy will be a handsome, delightful companion cat for a lucky family.
