Lovely Phoebe is a blue-eyed pure white beauty who was brought into the Colleton County Animal Control. Phoebe is a big girl at 11 1/2 lbs. Phoebe is not comfortable around other animals or small children. she needs a quiet adult home as an only pet. This snow-white beauty is a real darling with people, though. Phoebe is deaf, which is most likely a significant contributor to her mistrust around other animals. Phoebe is at the Critter Cabin in Cottageville, but would love to be home with you instead!
